• Dial 1-877-FCBANK1 (877-322-2651) from any phone. After a brief introduction you will be presented with a list of options. To get your account information you may say: “Account Information” or press “1” on your telephone keypad.
• You will be asked to select the account type, such as checking or savings.
• After you have made your selection, you will be asked to enter your account number and your pin number. By “voice”, say each number. Listen to your account balance!
